Introduction:
Asia Classification Society (ACS) was founded in 2005 and supported by 25 years of practical and technical experiences of its originators IBS (Iransafineh Bureau of Shipping, Est. 1993) and IGS (Iranian Group of Surveyors, Est. 1980), with promoting maritime safety as its core commitment.
Today, ACS strives to be most efficient provider of marine and offshore classification services in Iran and the Middle East. ACS Achived that position through the innovative thinking, enthusiasm and professionalism of our staff.
ACS puts its mission to serve the public interests as well as the needs of its clients by promoting the security of life and property and preserving environment.
ACS has been authorized to perform the statutory surveys on behalf of Ports and Maritime Organization (PMO) (Iranian Maritime authority).
ACS has successfully implemented ISO 9001-2008, based on its development strategy has been awarded by ISO/IEC17020 certificate, causing great development in its services especially in industrial, oil and energy market.
